Inteligentné apartmány v prestížnej štvrti Krakova

Investícia do prestížnej krakovskej štvrti Wola Justowska, ktorá vznikla v spolupráci s Loxone Gold Partnerom, BKW System a ateliérom Blok Architekci. Dva apartmány a jeden rodinný dom majú priamy prístup k výťahu, podzemnému parkovisku a elektroinštaláciu, ktorá je pripravená na inteligentné bývanie.

Investícia do prestížnej krakovskej štvrti Wola Justowska, ktorá vznikla v spolupráci s Loxone Gold Partnerom, BKW System a ateliérom Blok Architekci. Dva apartmány a jeden rodinný dom majú priamy prístup k výťahu, podzemnému parkovisku a elektroinštaláciu, ktorá je pripravená na inteligentné bývanie.

Projekčná kancelária BLOK Architekci z Krakova kontaktovala Loxone Partnera už vo fáze navrhnutého projektu. Elektroinštalácia už bola takmer hotová, ale po niekoľkých hodinách diskusie sa podarilo architektov presvedčiť, aby projekt realizovali s Loxone. Stavba dvoch apartmánov s podlahovou plochou približne 120 m2 a jedného rodinného domu mala budúcim majiteľom umožniť realizáciu komplexného systému automatizácie. Loxone sa mal okrem iného postarať o riadenie klímy, vykurovania, chladenia, rekuperácie a ovládania výťahu, ktorý ide priamo do bytov. Chcete vedieť viac o automatizácii tohto projektu? Spočiatku som bola myšlienkou inteligentnej domácnosti veľmi skeptická a chápem ľudí, ktorí s ňou môžu mať problém. Nechala som sa však presvedčiť. Stačí sa to naučiť a potom je všetko oveľa jednoduchšie.
