Loxone Automated Family Wellness Center in Slovakia

The project was realized by Loxone Gold Partner, Seleg s.r.o., who equipped Slovakia’s modern family wellness center with a fully automated Loxone system. At its heart lies the Loxone Miniserver, seamlessly connecting and managing all technologies to create a perfect wellness experience for guests and effortless operation for staff.

To ensure the ideal atmosphere throughout the entire facility, automated air conditioning maintains optimal air quality and humidity in every zone. Zonal heating control precisely adjusts both underfloor and pool water temperatures – providing comfortable conditions for every visitor, from children to adults.

An intelligent access system efficiently manages entry to different areas of the wellness center, while the automatic pool water regulation continuously monitors and maintains the perfect temperature and quality. Any irregularities are instantly reported via the Loxone App, allowing staff to respond quickly and keep everything running smoothly.

For maximum visitor comfort, each space is equipped with an individually controlled audio system, which allows different music to be played in different zones according to customer preferences. Automated lighting adjusts the light intensity to the time of day and the occupancy of the wellness center, thus contributing to the creation of a relaxing atmosphere.

All systems are controlled simply via the Loxone App, giving staff full control of the wellness center from a single device.

The result is a wellness center that feels effortless, inviting and perfectly balanced – whether guests come for family fun or a quiet evening in the sauna.
