Payment options

Bank Transfer

You can pay for all your orders in advance by bank transfer and there are no extra costs (except for the shipping cost). Your order will then be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

Credit/Debit Card

You can also pay by credit or debit card. Just select “Credit Card” as “Payment Type”. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

If you would like to send in payment for an invoice you have received, use this link to pay via Credit Card or ACH Bank transfer.

Shipping

 If UPS does not offer Standard Ground in the Loxone Partner’s area, then the Partner is responsible for the full shipping price. Loxone Platinum Partners can receive free Ground shipping regardless of order size. Find shipping costs for Loxone Silver or Gold Partners below:

For orders placed to countries outside of US, CA and Mexico, the buyer can pick up the products directly from our warehouse, or set up and utilize a forwarder service.

All prices are listed without TAX.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed. Our delivery times also depend on product availability. The availability of a product is displayed on the webshop page for that product. Only in exceptional cases will lack of availability cause delayed delivery times.

Additional Information

Order Processing

After submitting your order to us, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. When your order is shipped you will receive an invoice and a UPS tracking number so that you can follow its progress all the way to your door.

Foreign Currency Payments

Please note that the cost of transferring money from abroad must be met by the buyer. This is explicitly indicated in the transfer.

Issues/Faults

Concerned you have a faulty product? Get in touch with us by email or phone us – we’ll listen to you and see how we can best resolve your issue.

Returns & Cancellations

Please note that the goods must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging with the full postage paid. Items that have been installed cannot be returned.
