What requirements do I have to fulfil to become a Loxone Partner?
As a Loxone Partner, you will commission and install automation and control in projects of all kinds. This includes consulting, planning, and aftercare for your customers. There are no barriers to entry to be accepted into the Loxone Partner Program as an installer. Register now via our webshop to be able to purchase with trade discounts.
*The prerequisite is that your job falls into at least one of the following business areas: electrical installation, IT, heating/air conditioning/ventilation, measurement & control technology, solar & PV, electrical planning or system integration.
What are the requirements to become a "Registered Partner"?
As a Registered Partner, you are not bound to any minimum turnover. You are also not obliged to attend annual training. The ability to earn higher discounts is completely in your hands.
Registered Partners will be divided into four discount levels from 2 May 2022. These discounts live are determined on the Partners 12-month rolling spend. The higher the spend the higher the discount:
- Up to €10.000 = 10% discount
- €10.000 – €100.000 = 15% discount
- €100.000 – €500.000 = 21% discount
- Over €500.000 = 25% discount
What are the requirements to become a "Silver Partner"?
As a Silver Partner, you are not required to meet any minimum turnover. The only prerequisite is the completion of the Qualification Training and attending Annual Training. In addition, a one-time purchase of a Loxone Loxone Welcome Package is required for Silver Partner Status.

What are the requirements to become a "Gold Partner"?
As a Gold Partner, Loxone is your first choice for new projects (exception applies to tenders). Loxone is therefore advertised on the homepage of your website, on company vehicles, etc. The implementation of the free digital showroom, the completion of our Qualification Training Course and the purchase of a Welcome Package is also required.
For the annual recertification of your Partner Status as well as for the first-time certification, you will need to create a link to loxone.com/enen/ on your website. Your annual sales target is 60,000€ and you are obliged to attend annual training once a year.
What are the requirements to become a "Platinum Partner"?
As a Platinum Partner, Loxone is your first choice for new projects (exception applies to tenders). Loxone is therefore advertised on the homepage of your website, on company vehicles, etc. The implementation of the free digital showroom, the completion of our Qualification Training Course and the purchase of a Welcome Package is also required.
For the annual recertification of your Partner Status as well as for the first-time certification, you will need to create a link to loxone.com/enen/ on your website. Your annual sales target is 250,000€ and you are obliged to attend annual training once a year.
What does a partnership with Loxone mean for me?
No contract is signed for Partnership with Loxone. However, we have laid down our principles for good collaboration in our Partner Guidelines. By registering as a Partner, you confirm to comply with these guidelines, which are aimed at fair cooperation. Other than that, we focus on transparency in the Partner Program and treat everyone equally as far as Partner levels and conditions are concerned.
How long is the Partner Status valid?
After achieving Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner status, you have 12 months to requalify for it.
The necessary prerequisites for this are:
- Silver Partner: annual attendance of a training course
- Gold & Platinum Partner: annual attendance of a training course and meeting the corresponding minimum turnover
If you have achieved the specified targets in the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not achieved, you will be assigned the respective Partner status depending on the fulfilled requirements.
The first evaluation after the introduction of the new Partner Program (02.05.2022) will take place on 30 April 2023.

Thanks to the comprehensive nature of our training courses, you will become a Loxone automation professional in just a few days. The Loxone Qualification Training forms the basis of a successful business partnership and is a basic requirement for achieving Silver Partner status. The training provides a comprehensive overview of the standards & principles in home & building automation with Loxone.

Installing Loxone is still possible if you live in a country not listed. The Welcome Package for example will still be sent.
For all other goods you can arrange a Pick Up in the Warehouse in Austria (Kollerschlag; Smart Home 1)
We do not offer Credit Limits, so payment has to be made prior to shipment. How does this process look like?

After submitting your order to us, you will receive an order confirmation and proforma invoice via e-mail.
As soon as Payment is in our Account your order is shipped.
You will then receive an invoice and a UPS tracking number so that you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
