Over the holidays, we're taking a short break again to recharge our batteries with our loved ones: We're going on company-wide vacation from December 24th, 2022 to January 8th, 2023.
Again, 2022 was again an extraordinary year full of challenges. Together with our partners, we gave everything and celebrated numerous successes this year.
We want tackle the upcoming year with full force, which is why we are taking a break from December 24, 2022 to January 8, 2023. Therefore, we will not be available starting December 23, 2022 at 1 p.m.
Your support request
During this time, our support team is also taking a break. If you have any questions, our online documentation and our support community are available to you at all times. In urgent cases, we recommend that you contact your Loxone Partner. Your ticket requests will be answered as usual after our return in January.
Your orders
The will extend shipping as much as possible, which means your last orders will leave our warehouse on December 28, 2022. During our Christmas break, you can place your orders as usual via our Online Shop. To shorten the waiting time for you, we added a special shipping day on December 28, 2022.
Starting January 09, 2023, the entire Loxone team will be back and available to you as usual.
