”Cape of Dreams”, a seaside resort in Poland that combines a passion for travel with proximity and love for nature, is a place where you can dream. Each of the four houses of this holiday resort is equipped with the Loxone system and the main functionality is to facilitate the management of daily tasks for the owners.
What was implemented?
The owners of “Cape of Dreams” wanted to have a system that helped them automate and simplify basic daily tasks in the holiday homes. Since Loxone met all the requirements, it is now responsible for heating, lighting, audio, alarm and the irrigation of the exterior area.
Each holiday home is surrounded by beautiful nature and situated between forests and fields, and the beach is only 400 metres away. Nature plays an important role in “Cape of Dreams”, so the heating system had to be eco-friendly: the houses have Touch buttons that measure the temperature, presence sensors, and Door & window Contacts. The interaction of these components helps to save energy significantly.
And the best about it is that the presence sensors also work as an intruder alarm.
