Stadium Energy Management Audit
The team at Alpha Touch Smart Living were tasked with assessing the energy usage and identifying where the football club could implement change to eliminate waste and promote energy efficiency across their premises in Norfolk. ATSL conducted an in-depth audit and presented their findings to the football club. The results were staggering, and a multitude of areas were identified where the club could make substantial savings.Â
eHome2
eHome2 is a collaboration between Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland and Barratt Developments to test the building solutions for future housing and accelerate those involved towards producing low-carbon and net-zero housing. Saint-Gobain looked for a building automation system to implement in the research and went for Loxone installed by Zmart Hohm.
Three sustainable houses
Loxone Partner Automate London were commissioned to deliver an extensive and holistic home automation solution in three contemporary homes, overlooking Poole Harbour and Purbeck Hills. Being commissioned by a developer who are market leaders in the construction of sustainable homes, the brief was to celebrate sustainable living without compromising on ease of use, exceptional design and most importantly comfort of living.
Blackwood
Blackwood, winner of two awards – ‘Best Self Build’ and their coveted ‘Home of the Year’ in The Daily Telegraph Homebuilding & Renovating Awards 2023 – was designed by Charlie Luxton. The challenge for Wiise was maintaining the airtightness of the building and making sure the chosen lighting design complimented the architectural aesthetic.
Belfast listed building
The client contacted Lyttle Smart Homes because they wanted to renovate a listed building, which needed to be finished to the highest of standards as it was under scrutiny from the HED due to its listed status. They had to carry out all work while keeping the original feel of the 1906 building.
SPAR in Austria
With more than 1500 shops, the SPAR Austria Group is one of the largest supermarket retail chains in Austria – a very energy-intensive business due to the high demands placed on food storage. This is one of the reasons why energy management has been an important topic for the company for over 15 years. As a pioneer of innovation, SPAR will rely entirely on Loxone to automate its stores in the future.
Audi charging hub
The Audi charging hub needed to be as automatic as possible so that no manual intervention is required. Nevertheless, a certain degree of flexibility had to remain. Both these requirements were achieved with Loxone. In addition to the intelligent lighting, access control and climate control, an entire multimedia control system was also installed.
Riedwiese multi-family apartment buildingÂ
Sustainable, cost-efficient and fully digitalised living in the province: this is the Riedwiese project. It consists of 20 residential units that rely on the highest level of self-sufficiency for electricity, intelligent automation and more.Â
