Returns (RMA)

Please note the following information on how to proceed when returning goods. This allows us to process returns promptly.

1. Contact us

If you suspect a defect in one of our products, please contact our technical support via support@loxone.co.uk or call +44 1183 130 140. We will contact you to discuss the issue and let you know what to do next.

If you wish to return goods, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. To return goods, please contact us at office@loxone.co.uk or call +44 1183 130 140 and ask for an RMA number.  Please write this number on the emailed RMA form and include this in the parcel with the items to be returned. Please ensure that the goods and packaging are in perfect, resalable condition.

In the case of returns without an RMA number, a processing fee of €15 will be charged. This also applies to goods returned after 14 days of receipt and goods that have exceeded the warranty period (2 years from date of purchase).

 

2. Pack up and return the products

Please repack the goods carefully, if possible in their original packaging, then send the parcel to the address below. Please note that all postage costs for returned goods must be paid for by the buyer. Items returned with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
