The main goal of the project was to offer the client a user-friendly and efficient solution for managing the new office space. Lighting, blinds, access control, alarm system, heating, and music were to be centrally controlled via a miniserver.



Access solution: One of the biggest challenges was finding a simple access solution for employees. This was successfully implemented using NFC tags, which enable simple and secure access control.



It was important to the client to have a smart access solution that they could manage independently and provide control over access. Another key aspect was implementing a user-friendly alarm system that, if possible, automatically arms and disarms the system.

To start with, countless NFC tags were programmed and distributed to employees. After moving in, the manager took over this task, which he says was child's play. The same applies to the alarm system: The first employee to enter the building in the morning with the NFC tag "unwittingly" also deactivates the alarm system. The alarm system arms itself, as all areas are equipped with presence detectors. This can be closely monitored on the app.



In addition, the entire lighting was implemented with several DALI extensions, and the blinds were intelligently automated.
