With the automation of this house, the aim was to obtain the necessary daily comfort for its inhabitants, as well as the greatest energy savings.

Interior and exterior lighting control thanks to presence detectors and exterior lighting. Thanks to automatic shading with the integration of blinds and curtains, it is possible to maintain an optimal temperature in each situation and room.



The climate control composed of a heat pump and solenoid valves per room automatically adjusts in which room and at what time it is necessary to turn on the heating or cooling system, which allows greater energy savings. The heat recovery unit is also integrated with climate control and regulates its ventilation power according to air quality or humidity, among others.



At four access points to the home, an access control system is incorporated that also disables the alarm and unlocks the motorized lock. In addition, with the security system, the Audioserver for the acoustic alarm was also installed, together with the door and window contacts and the presence detectors, a high level of security for the home and its users is achieved. They also have a fire and flood alarm to prevent any damage.



With the installation and integration of an 8KW photovoltaic self-consumption plant, the management of consumers is automated, making the most of the energy obtained. In addition, this energy is also used to automatically control the pool's filter cycle and jets.



In the garden area, the house's irrigation system is automated and is activated, or not, depending on the weather forecast.
