Challenge
This project was born 2 years ago by challenging myself to re-evaluate an ancient structure (year 1945),
originally a common advanced electronics laboratory with the aim of transforming it into a real Smart Office.

Solution
Through LOXONE I was able to design and renovate this environment making it new and innovative by integrating:
- lighting (led strips - spotlights - Pendulum lamps) (LOXONE brand lighting)
- shading (control via nano 2 relay)
- multiroom audio (control via LOXONE audioserver, power amplifier and built-in speakers chosen with "Genesis Technology" Partner company)
- access control (Intercom - NFC Code)
- Anti-theft (control with audioserver)
- Temperature - humidity - CO2 control (integration and Daikin brand split control with Ext Modbus)
- Energy controls (LOXONE Smart Meter)
- Voice control (Alexa and Siri voice assistant integration)
- additional LOXONE branded accessories used: - touch pure loxone air
- motion sensor loxone air
- loxone air window/door contacts
- loxone air smart socket
