Twilight Coffee and Bunkhouse

The customer wanted automated lighting and heating control that operates autonomically and with minimal interaction from staff, customers or management.

We installed a Loxone dimmed lighting control, Valve Actuators Air and Comfort Sensors throughout the building. The integrated motion sensors bring the lights on and off at set times, and also dim the lights throughout the day according to a schedule. All heating is managed automatically for both the coffee shop and for all the bunk rooms upstairs. This is done by using the integrated temperature sensors on the Valve Actuators to control the climate of each room based on the schedules set by the owner. We also secured the building with motion detection and access points, and configured the Audioserver to be part of the alarm, which in addition provides 4 different areas with independent sound control via the Loxone App.
