Challenge

The brief for Luxury London Living has been incredibly implemented into these two new high-end central london apartments. The owner knew that Loxone was perfect for the application, having already installed Loxone in his own home and other development properties, his passion for the Loxone smart technology runs deep. The criteria of simple sensor smart control and energy efficient living for this build, were easily filled and simply implemented with Loxone systems and JSJ Smart Homes as the installer.

Solution

Simple motion sensor smart control, can be found throughout the bathrooms, en-suites, toilets and hallways. In order to automate bathroom lighting levels when entering the room, and allowing music to seamlessly move around the house. With these sensors also being linked to the smart alarm for when out or asleep, the tenants can have peace of mind.



Energy efficient luxury living: this was done in two main ways, first being all the lighting is controlled by Loxone leading to only using the required amount of light for the light levels in the room. The second being zonal heating, with smart cooling through air conditioning, leading to further energy efficiency. Overall Loxone’s application here has provided the premium, special feel desired for these high-end apartments.
