Smart retreat in Wieliczka

The owner of a private house near Wieliczka has created a recreational space that does not require daily maintenance and provides comfort, safety and full functionality at every entrance – from lighting to the audio system. It was launched so that the place would function automatically, even during the investor's launch, and the integration of the extension (SPA, field kitchen, garden and greenhouse) would work smoothly and efficiently.

As part of the project, we implemented a comprehensive Loxone automation system, available in two main areas – the main field and the SPA zone – and accompanying facilities: a greenhouse, a woodshed and a cellar. Access to individual spaces was secured using NFC Code Touch, and indoor and outdoor lighting was automatically available and ported during the day.
The system also ensures security – if an intruder is detected, an alarm is triggered, a voice warning is activated, and the owner is notified.
The SPA zone is an example of full personalisation: three functional saunas (infrared, steam and dry), a jacuzzi, a filtered pond, a cold plunge pool and a yoga room – all managed by the Loxone system with an app or installed, including convenient Touch Flex. In the evenings, the atmosphere is automatically adjusted, with relaxing lighting and music playing in the background thanks to the multiroom audio system.
As a barbecue enthusiast, the owner opted for a rich electrical supply, the central device of which is a fan that removes smoke from the dining area. All functions – lighting and ventilation control – are available from the Touch Flex panel, allowing for convenient and detailed operation even during heating.
The entire garden has been equipped with an irrigation system and a control system for an artificial stream that winds around the property, covering the natural space.
The result is a place that combines nature with the need to allow for complete relaxation – without worrying about everyday life.
