Challenge
The owner's main goal was to find a solution that would help him ensure simple and comprehensive management of the entire building. Whether it's heating, cooling, sound or lighting. After a lengthy search and subsequent consideration, he finally found the right solution and decided on the intelligent Loxone system.
Solution
In the interior of the building, the lighting (and dimming) is intelligently controlled using ceiling lights. The light turns on automatically as soon as the built-in motion detector detects movement in the room. They are also useful in areas such as toilets, barber shops, smoking rooms and apartments. In addition, they can change light moods with one touch in the Loxone app.
Furthermore, the system is controlled by zone heating and cooling with the help of fan coils, which brings ideal conditions in every room. The Loxone Audioserver will take care of great sound. Thanks to it, different music can be played in the rooms, fitting into the concept of the individual spaces. Different music plays in the cafe than in the toilets or in the apartments.
A big advantage is control via the app. It can change, regulate and control the settings of the entire building. From anywhere in the world, the owner has a constant overview and the ability to immediately intervene, adjust settings and the like.

We were deciding between Loxone and another system, and several factors played in Loxone's favor, whether it was the added value for the price, or the availability and professionalism of a nearby dealer and after-sales service. In the near future, we also plan to gradually introduce control using Loxone in our other facilities, mainly to simplify the operation, automate and provide comfort for activities in a comprehensive manner.
