Challenge
As part of a comprehensive renovation, an existing building was to be transformed into a modern, energy-efficient, and comfortable smart home. The challenge lay in intelligently networking the various trades while simultaneously creating a flexible solution for future expansions.
Solution
LOXONE integrated lighting, shading, heating, access control, and energy management into a single central system. Thanks to intelligent automation, the building now operates largely autonomously, providing greater comfort, security, and energy efficiency.
