Challenge
The owners of a new building in Hradec Králové demanded modern and aesthetic housing that would be as comfortable and energy-efficient as possible. The goal was to unify the control of all technologies in the house (lighting, shading, heating, security) into one intelligent system that would work automatically and not disrupt the clean interior design.
Solution
The house has been fully wired with the Loxone system. Intelligent control ensures automatic regulation of shading and heating for optimal energy gains. Lighting is handled using light scenes that create the atmosphere. The system also integrates multiroom audio, a security system and access technology (Loxone Intercom and NFC Code Touch). The entire house can be controlled with buttons in a uniform design or remotely via the app.
We chose Loxone for this project because it offers an unrivaled level of integration and automation. It allows us to connect even the smallest details of the home into one whole, bringing real comfort and significant energy savings to clients without the need for complex manual setup.
