Smart Home Retrofit

Since the building already existed, the challenge was to optimally integrate the desired automation and comfort functions into the existing infrastructure and to achieve the set goals without extensive structural interventions.

The solution was based on the intelligent combination of wireless and bus systems. By integrating various trades and systems, lighting, shading, access control, and security functions could be implemented in a single solution. This resulted in a flexibly expandable automation system tailored to the building's requirements.
