Challenge
To ensure the construction and deployment of a new McDonald's operation on a "greenfield" basis with a fully integrated LOXONE intelligent automation system. The main goal was to create a reliable, energy-efficient and data-driven facility that would optimize operating costs, increase employee and guest comfort, and provide accurate data for further management and improvement of the operation.
Solution
Deployment of a comprehensive Loxone system from design to complete implementation of control and system cabling, which centrally manages all key technologies of the building.
HVAC:
The system continuously monitors CO₂ and temperatures and dynamically regulates performance according to the current operating load.
Increases performance during peak hours, optimizes consumption after closing to minimize energy.
Intelligent background lighting:
Automated lighting control in warehouses, corridors and changing rooms ensures lighting only where and when it is needed, thus eliminating unnecessary consumption.
Weather station and irrigation integration:
The system uses local meteorological data for predictive irrigation control, which does not start during rain or when it is expected.
Air curtain:
Automatic activation when moving at the entrance minimizes heat loss and reduces the load on the air conditioning, especially during the summer months.
Energy management and statistics:
Measuring operational data, including attendance, enables continuous optimization of energy consumption and operations.
Audio and communication:
Intelligent control of sound and automatic announcements for staff and customers according to operating modes.
Security and access systems:
Centralized control of inputs, alarms and employee access permissions.
Visual marketing (RGBW lighting):
Dynamic change of interior lighting scenes according to seasonal campaigns and operational needs.
Fire safety:
Intelligent smoke sensors for fire safety.
Statistics:
Measurement of the number of visitors with statistics.
Online support:
Monitoring and remote supervision of system functionality.
