Managing an Industrial Site

The site relied on a semi-functional photovoltaic power plant for which no production data was available. There was no overview of actual energy consumption, the security system was outdated, and the building had no protection against incidents — from power outages to the risk of local flooding and technology failures.

We deployed a complete building management (MaR) system and connected Loxone with the Jablotron system. We automate heating via the air conditioning units, control the rainwater pumps, and adapt battery charging to the weather forecast. We added emergency flood sensors and equipped the entire site with a backup power system. The result is a fully protected operation that gives the owner 100% control over water, electricity, and gas in a single app.
