Challenge
The challenge was to have 7 separate houses automated by one system, with the central one including a central boiler used for all of the properties. The individual houses manage themselves independently, and communicate with the central house to request hot water and/or heating.
From the central house where the reception is located, the start-end access commands are sent.
Interface the houses with access codes.
External lighting adjustment.
Control from one point all the rooms for that individual house.
Management of the relaxation oasis, sauna and jacuzzi and massage room.

Solution
This was all successfully achieved with the Loxone Gateway-Client system you can manage everything from 1 App, from a single Miniserver and in the event of an anomaly in the system each house can work on its own.
