The realisation of a fully automated Smart Home in which all functions work together seamlessly.
Solution
All technologies and comfort features in the home are fully integrated via the Loxone system. This includes access control, intercom, alarm and fire alarm systems, PV installation, multiple charging stations, climate control, heat recovery ventilation and irrigation. Even the sauna controls are managed by Loxone, with the Touch Surface integrated into the wall for easy operation.
In addition, the sun blinds around the villa, the louvre roof above the terrace and the louvre walls in the front and rear façades are fully automated, contributing to optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
