The Molière

The Molière site consists of six buildings with 15 apartments in each, for either PPE co-ownership or rental, a 32-room hotel and a retirement home. Located directly on the banks of the magnificent Lake Neuchâtel, the aim was to equip the various units to a high standard and offer residents the highest possible level of living comfort.

All apartments are equipped with basic automation including lighting, shading and underfloor heating control. For some apartments, the owners' had additional requests during the projects realization, providing additional functionality such as audio, access and security.



The hotel has a wellness and spa area, while in the retirement home, additional functions such as access and assisted living are supported by Loxone.
