Challenge
The 30-year-old gas boiler room technology was completely renovated. In addition to replacing the boilers, the investor also required the delivery of a complete control and monitoring system to ensure reliable operation and monitoring of the safety parameters of the boiler room technology.
Solution
We designed a solution that combines the functions of the "Boiler Room" system and heating circuit control, and we delivered a sophisticated expandable system for operation, monitoring and management of the technology. The software also includes predictive temperature control of individual heating circuits, monitoring of parameters and status of boilers and pumps, and the Tree weather station was also delivered. In the next stages, the system will be used for monitoring and management of the building's energy, including the already installed PV plant.
The investor's assignment and the project requirements led us to a clear decision, to use the MaR system with Loxone HW, with which we optimized everything into one system. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> A system that includes all the functions is ultimately easier and cheaper to implement than supplying individual parts from different manufacturers and trying to integrate these systems into one platform.
