Flunch Amiens Glisy

The Flunch restaurant required a solution capable of centralizing the building's technical management while ensuring occupant comfort and business continuity. The main challenges were reducing energy consumption, optimizing heating and air conditioning operation, and better controlling lighting schedules (dining area, technical zones, exterior, and signage). The client also sought improved visibility into energy consumption and a scalable solution compatible with existing equipment. Finally, the project had to be implemented while the restaurant remained operational, with continuous adaptation to operational constraints and service hours to guarantee business continuity without disrupting staff or customers.

We deployed a Loxone architecture based on a Miniserver and a Modbus extension to ensure the acquisition of data from energy meters and the integration of HVAC control. The solution enables the centralization and automation of lighting by zone via time schedules and presence detectors, including dedicated management of the exterior signage to optimize operating times. Finally, advanced climate control was implemented (setpoints, scenarios, heating/cooling anticipation), complemented by energy monitoring and performance indicators to facilitate consumption analysis and continuous optimization of the system.
