Challenge
This was our first Loxone Smart Villa project in Kuwait. This villa also serves as a demo project for our clients. Our challenge was to implement all Loxone solutions in this project so that our client's could see and experience all the automation options in action.
Solution
We have successfully completed this project with the assistance of Loxone's support team. Implemented solutions are as follows:
1. Lighting control of the entire villa, interior lighting based on presence detection, exterior lighting based on dusk & dawn settings, swimming pool lighting.
2. Shading control - Control of roller shutters & curtains
3. Climate control - AC control
4. Access control - Integration of smart locks

The owner of this villa wanted full automation / smart solutions for his villa. We researched the popular brands but could not find all-in-one solution with these brands. Finally, we found Loxone which had all the features, solutions and even more than what we required.<br /> We signed up one of the first Loxone Partners in Kuweit and successfully completed this project with the help of Loxone's support team. We are very happy with that we chose Loxone for our project and now we are a Loxone - GOLD Partner in Kuwait offering smart home solutions to our clients.
