Energy management in Marganell town council

Improved energy management thanks to climate control with valve actuators installed on the radiators in the different rooms of the Marganell Town Hall in Barcelona. In addition, the aim was also to automatically control the building's blinds, achieving a complete automatic shading system.



To complete the energy management system and thus obtain greater efficiency for the building, the photovoltaic installation was monitored.

Thanks to the possibility of controlling the radiators without wiring, we can have control over temperature, humidity and regulate each radiator in each office and hall of the town hall.

We also control the opening of the blinds to protect from the heat of the sun in summer or the cold in winter, as well as automating the daily up/down depending on the time of sunrise and sunset.
