From the very beginning, the development company Estarea has emphasized high quality, aesthetic purity and maximum comfort for future residents. In addition, larger apartments have automatically controlled DHW reheating, so you will never be surprised by a lack of hot water. Thanks to the heat recovery unit, fresh and healthy air with optimal humidity is constantly maintained in the apartment.



When it gets dark in the evening, the automatic lighting responds to your current needs and creates pleasant light scenes, whether you want to relax or need a bright work light. At night, the soft lighting in the hallway and toilet is activated, allowing you to move around the apartment safely without significantly disturbing your sleep.



In the summer, you will appreciate the automatically controlled outdoor shading that reacts to the weather and protects the interior from overheating. In addition, automatically controlled roof windows with shading are installed on the upper floors.



The safety of the residents is a priority at Edison House. The access system based on NFC chips, codes and the Loxone app makes everyday life easier without having to carry keys with you. The intercom allows you to open the door remotely for a visitor who has arrived earlier than you expected. The garage is also equipped with an automatic license plate reading system, so entry is comfortable and worry-free.



Your safety is further ensured by a fire and water leak detection system that reacts automatically and even immediately shuts off the water supply to the apartment in the event of a water leak. Security sensors on windows and doors, together with a motion sensor in the hallway, protect you from unwelcome visitors.



Thanks to the Loxone system, you also have a constant overview of your energy consumption, which helps you optimize costs and use resources efficiently. For owners of electric cars, there is the option of simple installation of the Loxone Wallbox. Some of the future residents have already taken advantage of the opportunity and had a smart charger added to their parking space. They can also see charging and consumption at any time in the Loxone app.



Consumption measurement and online access to data will also be a big plus for the building administrator, who will appreciate, for example, the visualization of the PV production on the roof.
