Challenge

The objective of this project was to autonomously control a building for public use to which several uses are given.

The main objectives of the project were control over climate, lighting, ventilation and access control.

Other no less important objectives were irrigation control, exterior lighting control, integration with a public address system and part of the shading of the building.

As an energy objective, the integration with a photovoltaic production system and the integration with network meters for consumption control.

Solution

The building is divided into two main areas. One is the set of a theater area, dressing rooms, dressing rooms, control areas, bar area, etc. and the other part is an entire floor dedicated to offices for entities, meeting rooms and small warehouses for entities.



In the theater area, the lighting is controlled, in this case we control Dali luminaires, thus being able to divide the room into different circuits and be able to independently regulate them.

We also control the entire air conditioning system, the ventilation system and shading.

Regarding shading and natural ventilation, we control the motorized windows and exterior blinds.



In the office and warehouse area for entities, access to each of these areas is controlled individually using the NFC Code Touch.

Within each individual zone, using the Touch Flex, we control the lighting and climate.

As a common control for both parties, we control the entire air conditioning, ventilation and access control system. We also control the lighting of common spaces, bathrooms or dressing rooms using presence detectors. The control of exterior lighting is also controlled.

Control over air conditioning and ventilation is done through integration via Modbus TCP with the LG screen itself of the control system of these systems. We integrate with 3 recoverers, 16 interior units and 1 machine for theater control.

Access control is done using NFC Code Touch, where more than 35 keypads have been installed to control all rooms and doors inside the facility.



In the building, a green roof has been installed, which we also control over, being able to control 5 irrigation zones. Modbus probes have been installed to obtain data on soil conditions and, together with the weather station, allows us to have greater control over it.

An important issue is the integration of the Loxone audioserver with a public address and emergency system, thus being able to launch messages from the Loxone through this system or reproduce content.
