The Variable House is a ready-made house design with an optimal area that can be adapted to your individual needs, configured like a car in the living room, giving you great freedom in choosing the finishing and interior design. This is an innovative solution in which the architecture perfectly matches the use of modern technologies.
Solution
Thanks to the automation systems used at home, we can control access control, lighting, heating, air conditioning and many other devices, which translates into real savings and comfort of life, all from anywhere in the world, using a smartphone or tablet. The convertible house is almost completely energy self-sufficient.
As contractors of Smart Home systems, we are convinced that a smart home based on Loxone technology is a solution that allows you to automate many elements of everyday life, thereby increasing the comfort and safety of users. This technology is no longer the future, but the present. We hope that in the near future every newly built house will be equipped with such systems as standard.
