Among other things, the building can be proud to have been awarded the prestigious Building of the Year 2021 award. The building provides a unique and distinctive atmosphere, with a major factor of this being the lighting - which is controlled by Loxone.

The intelligent automation from Loxone allows you to automatically control lighting in entire spaces without the need for manual control. Thanks to the tuneable white functionality, the atmosphere changes throughout the day. During the day, Loxone adjusts the lighting to create the ideal conditions for work and after dark the lights create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire building. Dynamic light scenes immerse the heating plant in a pleasant atmosphere at night when it gets dark. Together with the Werk restaurant and the cafe, it creates a nice vibe and is what was envisioned from the concept.
