Challenge
The building envelope is enormous, approximately 1200m², accommodating over 100 employees; it's all open-plan with 360° glass facades.
Solution
In addition to heating and cooling, we've implemented LOXONE for controlling the screens' shading.
Without this intelligent control system with forecasting, the building's interior would be unbearably hot by midday at the latest.
