Ainfo Services offices

Ainfo Services, an ESN (Digital Services Company located in Ain) sought to improve the working comfort of its staff and reduce energy consumption in its offices. The 300 m² building, built in 2000 and entirely manual in terms of lighting, heating and air conditioning, required modernization for smarter energy management, particularly since the addition of solar panels and a battery for the company's future electric vehicles.

To meet the needs of Ainfo Services, we deployed a Loxone Complete Automation (BMS) solution, which transformed their workspace into a smart, eco-efficient environment.



- Lighting: We equipped the offices with Loxone RGBW spotlights, offering ambient lighting that automatically adapts to the presence of employees, thus creating an optimized working environment. For areas requiring increased brightness, such as the preparation workshop or when cleaning the premises, LED panels controlled by the Loxone Miniserver relays provide powerful lighting.



- Heating and air conditioning: The old Siemens RAB30 thermostats for the fan coils have been replaced by Loxone smart thermostats, allowing precise temperature management room by room. This not only improved employee comfort but also optimized energy consumption by adjusting the temperature according to actual needs.



- Multiroom audio system: The speakers installed in each room are not limited to broadcasting background music thanks to the Loxone Audioserver. They also serve as an alert and doorbell system, activating automatically based on presence and according to a predefined priority, ensuring that important notifications are always heard.



- Access control: The introduction of NFC badges has revolutionized access to the building, providing secure and convenient entry to operate the electric strike or open the metal shutter. The badges also activate the charging of electric vehicles in a secure manner thanks to the NFC Code Touch positioned on the Loxone terminals, allowing precise monitoring of energy consumption per employee.



- Shading: To improve comfort and energy management, the building's 13 windows, initially equipped with manual blinds, were modernized with the installation of adjustable sunshades. Thanks to the Loxone Air blind actuator, the angle of the slats automatically adjusts according to the amount of sunlight, thus optimizing the light and thermal input. The BSOs open when the first employee arrives and close automatically after the last one leaves, also contributing to general comfort.



- Energy management: With the installation of solar panels and the battery, the system ensures intelligent energy management, by adjusting the power of the 2 Loxone Wallboxes 7.4 and 11kW according to solar production (inverter Huawei SUN2000) and the overall consumption of the building. All this energy data is collected via Loxone's Modbus extension from different electricity meters visible in real time in the flow monitor.



All of these innovations are integrated into a centralized Loxone management interface, providing Ainfo Services with an overview and total control over their work environment. This personalized solution not only meets the initial objectives of Ainfo Services, but exceeds them by bringing significant added value to their daily lives.
