The challenge: A bakery to be completely renovated in 4 weeks. The electrical system needs to be entirely redone—new 250A main distribution board, main circuit breaker, and new circuits. At the same time, the client wants a smart building: security, comfort, access control—everything must be centralized and easy to use on a daily basis.

We tackled the project as a single unit: general electrical work and Loxone home automation were carried out simultaneously, seamlessly. The result was a turnkey solution—intrusion management, lighting scenarios adapted to opening hours, temperature sensors in production and sales areas, sound system, door/window control, separate entry badges for customers and delivery personnel, and a discreet help call system at the counter for sales staff during peak hours. All completed on time and within budget.
