Two-room apartment in the Old Town

Our client asked us to automate this luxury apartment that they wanted to then rent out. So it was key that the automation solution allowed for intuitive service management was needed that would guarantee savings and avoid waste, also allowing management by an external agency.

In this system there is temperature management through fan coils which are paused every time a window is opened in that area of ​​the apartment. There is a meter that monitors the apartment's consumption, furthermore there is a presence detection system throughout the apartment which inhibits and turns off everything that is superfluous when there is no one inside. Finally, specific accounts were created for both the client and the external agency.
