Challenge

The main requirements of the project were to carry out good energy management to minimize costs and to implement automatic functions that help improve the quality of life of users in order to lead an independent and autonomous life (AAL).

Solution

This project allows us to show the importance of thinking about automation from the beginning. Everything the Loxone system can control was considered in the planning phase, resulting in significant savings on devices and the project as a whole. And not only savings, but also allows to offer a control much more adapted to the needs of the personnel in charge in each area.

From the beginning we have thought of a residence for the future, being more efficient in the work of professionals and promoting the autonomy of children and young people who will study and live in the center, providing them with an independent and autonomous life and guaranteeing their quality of life (AAL )
