Challenge
The Legion of Christ is a community of believers based in Krakow. Her supervisor, father Mariusz Kiełbasa, is, however, one of those people who are eager to look into the future. Therefore, in the House of Apostles, which is the seat of the community, elements of the Loxone system have been implemented, with plans to add more functions.
Solution
A Nuki lock, which is linked to Loxone, has been installed on the front door. The NFC Code Touch keyboard guards security inside the building, using various access codes assigned to specific permissions.
It was very important to program various lighting scenes for individual areas of the building. Various services are held in the chapel, various events take place in the conference room, and meetings between the faithful take place in the lounge and a large communal area. Due to the variety of space use, automatic lighting scenes provide a great atmosphere for any venture.
Proper climate management is essential in a place where hundreds of people meet. Loxone keeps an eye on the correct temperature and oxygen content. The property has specific temperatures set for specific times of the day for meetings or services, which saves energy. A CO2 sensor linked to the ventilation ensures that visitors always have fresh air.
Audioserver Loxone provides not only the sound setting during church services or other events, but also supports safety.
In the near future, Kiełbas' father plans to add automated shutters to better manage the heat in the building.

Lighting in the chapel is helpful, and we can set it up with light scenes. We have different scenes, incl. adoration, the way of the cross or the holy mass. It does not require switching different buttons, you just need to select the mood you want.
