With this in mind, we will be using this Christmas season to take a break and spend time with our loved ones. After such a monumental year for Loxone, we’re ready to refresh for the next year of achievements ahead. Please keep in mind that our office will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24 – Wednesday, Jan. 1.

If you need support during this time…

As your first resource, be sure to check our Online Documentation.  While we are away, you can still fill out a support ticket which we will be glad to attend to when we return on Thursday, Jan. 2. 

If you need to place an order…

We will be shipping orders that are placed by 1:00 p.m. EST on Friday, Dec. 27 that same day. We will be back for regular business hours on Thursday, Jan. 2 for further support.
