The entire project was a private building with many different requirements. In addition to lighting and heating, the focus should be on the pool or wellness area.

Loxone's flexibility was crucial for this project. In addition to the automatic heating control, an electric ramp heating system was implemented in combination with the Loxone weather station. The heating connection with Modbus greatly simplified this requirement.



The focus of this project was particularly on the wellness area. The right lighting now sets the pool perfectly in scene. Furthermore, automatic ventilation control was implemented in the wellness area. Automatic lighting was used throughout the building and sometimes the entire house lights up in pink. Thanks to the Loxone app, the different lighting moods can be changed quickly and easily. A special highlight in this project are the electrically controlled patio doors.
