No contract is concluded for the partnership with Loxone. However, we have set out our principles for good cooperation in our Partner Guidelines. By registering as a Partner, you confirm compliance with these guidelines, which are aimed at fair cooperation. Otherwise, we focus on transparency in the Partner Program and treat everyone equally in terms of Partner levels and conditions.

Once you have achieved Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner status, you have that status and the associated benefits for 12 months. To recertify and keep that status for another 12 months, you need to keep your education of Loxone up to date, as follows:

• Silver Partner: Annual attendance at a Training
• Gold & Platinum Partner: Annual attendance at a Training and the corresponding minimum turnover

If you fulfil the requirements in the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not met, you will be assigned the respective Partner status depending on the requirements you have fulfilled. For example, if you were a Silver Partner but did not further your education for the new year, then you will be changed to a Registered Partner.

Thanks to the large number of interfaces (e.g. DALI, KNX, Schüco, RS485/RS232, Modbus, EEBus and many more) to other communication standards, almost all components – including those from other manufacturers – can be integrated. The Loxone Library makes it easy to share created templates with the community. Thanks to the free software and free updates, an infinite number of automation requirements can be realised quickly and easily.
