Christmas Hours 2022

Over the holidays, we’re taking a short break to recharge our batteries with our loved ones. We’ve put together all dates that our office will be closed, and when we will be available.

Again, 2022 was an extraordinary year full of challenges. Together with our partners, we gave everything and celebrated numerous successes this year.

We want tackle the upcoming year with full force, which is why we are taking a well-deserved Christmas break. Here is a short overview of our availabilities throughout this holiday season:


      • December 22, 2022 we will close our office earlier at 4 pm
      • December 23 – 26, 2022 our office is closed
      • December 27 – 30, 2022 there will be limited support
      • December 31, 2022 – January 2, 2023 our office is closed
      • January 3, 2023 we’re back!
Your support request

Our support team is also taking a break on those days off. If you have any questions, our online documentation and our support community are available to you at all times. In urgent cases, we recommend that you contact your Loxone Partner. Your ticket requests will be answered to our best abilities in between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, or as usual after our return in January.


Your orders

The will extend shipping as much as possible. Our warehouse will add a special shipping day in between Christmas and New Year’s Eve on December 29, 2022. During our Christmas break, you can place your orders as usual via our Online Shop.

Starting January 3, 2023, the entire Loxone team will be back and available to you as usual.
