We have equipped each home in this community with a Miniserver, providing a variety of controls customized to the needs and preferences of each resident. These controls range from basic on/off lighting in 230VAC circuits to sophisticated RGBW lighting installations with our RGBW Tree spot LEDs, and dimmable DALI lighting options at 24VDC. In addition, we have integrated an advanced Multi Room Audio System that includes personalized warnings and sirens for security alerts, complemented by temperature control in each room using a Touch device.



Temperature regulation is carried out through the control of the underfloor heating circuit heads, ensuring optimal thermal comfort. Ambient humidity is also monitored through Touch, which is essential to properly manage ventilation in each home.



The shading system, which includes standard blinds, blinds and Venetian blinds, not only offers privacy but also contributes to the passive climate control of the home, automatically adjusting according to the solar position.



Presence sensors reduce the need for human intervention in activating lighting, especially in transit areas such as hallways and laundry rooms, and are also integrated into the security system to detect any unwanted movement and activate the alarm, sending direct notifications. to the owner through the app.



In common areas, the Miniserver plays a crucial role by integrating the TRUST system, which facilitates video calls from pedestrian accesses through Intercom + NFC + Touch Pure Flex. This system allows seamless and secure communication from external entrances and within each block, and residents can easily access using a four-digit code or NFC tag.



In the event of an erroneous call, it is automatically redirected to the goal for quick attention, and audio instructions are provided through the Intercom, with personalized instructions also available on the Touch Pure Flex screen.



All actions are meticulously recorded and accessible through the app, with access controls restricted to community intercoms, ensuring privacy and security. Thanks to the global connectivity of Miniservers, residents can manage their homes from anywhere in the world, as long as they have an internet connection.



Weather information is synchronized with the central system to optimize the use of the irrigation system, which automatically adjusts according to weather conditions, avoiding irrigation on rainy days and maintaining precise time control.



For access to the garage, we have implemented LPR cameras to read license plates, allowing the gate to open automatically for authorized vehicles. Additionally, for pedestrian access, we have installed NFC keypads both inside and outside, ensuring convenient and secure access.
