The Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) launched the first Smart Home in Jamaica in late December. It’s located in Jamaica’s bustling tourism capital, Montega Bay. The cool thing about this smart home? It’s fully equipped with Loxone… there’s even an electric car charging point.
Solution
The most important things that are featured in this house are the safety features like the Loxone Smoke Detector or the Window / Door Contacts. For a nice lighting there are different light scenes and ambient lights. You also have full control of the air conditioning units. And as already mentioned, one of the best things: You can charge your car via a wallbox which is connected to a miniserver!
