The client knew from the very beginning that a smart home could bring enormous benefits. After visiting the LOXONE showroom in Bratislava, everything became clear to him – he wanted to build his family house using Loxone technology. Since he had a precise vision of what he expected from the home, the project started out with confidence and clear requirements. After adding several advanced features that elevated the entire home to an even higher level, we moved on to detailed planning and created a beautiful, functional, and future-ready home for the whole family.

Together with the client, we went through every detail of the planned home – from the initial concept, through architectural visualizations, all the way to the gradual planning of individual technologies. Based on this, we designed a comprehensive and perfectly functioning Loxone system. After another visit to the showroom, we refined and fine-tuned the final form of the smart home solution so that it would fully match his vision of modern and intuitive living.



We also took the future needs of the home into account, which is why we prepared extensive technological pre-installations – for the garage, garden house, pool, irrigation system, and other planned expansions. This way, the home is not only fully functional today, but also ready for future growth and new technologies.
