The Loxone Performance Days are designed to help you run and grow a successful business. Keep your knowledge up-to-date and gain a better understanding of the various tools available to you. The Performance Days need to be completed every 12 months and are a requirement for any requalification that falls after 1st May 2019

Upon completing the full Expert Training Course (part 1, part 2 & project days) and being awarded Silver Partner Status, your company will be awarded two Special Project Discounts of 25% each, valid for the company and the employee that attended the initial training. Each discount can only be applied against one order.

We often receive promising inquiries from homeowners looking to have Loxone installed in their homes. As a Loxone Gold or Platinum Partner, you will be offered these leads first if they fall within your area and/or specialty.
As an up-and-coming Silver Partner, we will also offer you leads where available/appropriate.
We offer a ‘Partner Map’ on our website to help customers find nearby Loxone Partners. We want to promote active Loxone Partners and improve the quality of this service for our customers.
Therefore, only Silver, Gold and Platinum Partners will be listed on the map. Please note that if you are inactive for more than 365 days, or fail to reach your Partner requalification criteria after 12 months, your listing will be automatically removed.

The customer project survey checks that the project fulfills the minimum criteria for a Partner to achieve/maintain Gold or Platinum status.
After reaching your Partner status, you’ll have 12 months to requalify. Here, among other things, a certain annual spend is required. The annual purchase volume is calculated on the basis of the net purchase price for your orders over the last 12 months at Loxone.
To achieve Silver, Gold and Platinum Partner status, the annual spend is determined as indicated.
To achieve Platinum Partner status, you must install only Loxone as a smart home system and this must be clearly indicated on your website and marketing materials/channels.

In half a day we will teach you the fundamentals and basic principles of Autopilot Living with Loxone. You will receive an introduction to the Loxone Standard and will learn how to apply it to your projects.
Platinum partners are true smart home enthusiasts, who install Loxone exclusively and carry out projects to an exceptionally high standard. They know the Loxone solution, products and accessories down to the last detail. The level of know-how and consulting is equivalent to that of Loxone.
Gold Partners are more experienced than Silver Partners and have already implemented some verified customer projects with Loxone. They’re a great choice for Loxone Smart Home projects of all kinds.
Silver Partners have undertaken training with Loxone and are well equipped to advise customers and install Loxone projects. Silver Partners have typically carried out fewer installations than Gold or Platinum Partners.
Registered Partners are just starting out on their Loxone journey. They have not attended Loxone Expert Training and their level of knowledge/experience is not known to us.
The Welcome Package can be purchased once for a discounted price. The package is used to get to know our products and is, therefore, a prerequisite for the Loxone Partner Program.
