Create a fully immersive Airbnb listing inspired by the world of medieval magic, where every detail contributes to the guest’s experience.
The owner was looking for a solution capable of:

The property has been designed entirely around immersive and intuitive automation:
1) Automated guest experience:
- Triggers an arrival scenario as soon as the door opens
- Smart lighting scenes using a combination of Loxone spotlights and controlled conventional fixtures.
- Automatic activation of a special scenario when guests find a secret combination.
2) Smart management & upsell
- Upsell available via NFC Code Touch to trigger additional options.
- Heating controlled automatically via control wires.
- Automatic launch of the TV via the “Guest” app.
3) Security & monitoring
- Door opening and presence detection to monitor entrances.
