A fully automated holiday home complex with two units was created, offering guests maximum comfort, convenience, and security. At the same time, the effort required on the part of the owner was to be kept to a minimum. For this reason, central processes for short-term rentals were automated. From access control and the operation of all house functions to the processing of reservations, everything runs efficiently and reliably in the background.

The project includes a complete LOXONE building automation system that controls lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in the holiday homes.

Access management enables fully automated access that is directly linked to the booking process.
Through integration with the Roomadmin booking system, access codes are automatically generated and all guest stay data is reliably synchronized.
The whirlpool can be conveniently controlled via the LOXONE App. This means it can be prepared before arrival and operated in an energy-optimized manner during the stay.
Automatic lighting and climate scenes create a pleasant atmosphere while also contributing to energy savings.
Sensors, alarm functions, and intelligent zone control increase security and can be monitored at any time via the app.

The owner can manage the entire facility remotely and access all functions in real time.
