Challenge
During the assembly of the wooden structure of the house, the owners decided that they wanted to connect individual technologies in their house, thereby achieving energy savings and increasing living comfort.
Solution
Loxone was the ideal choice for this project, as the system met all the investors' requirements. Based on the prepared design, we implemented the integration of all the required technologies.
Dimmable lighting was chosen at 24V. Ambient lighting in the living room or bathroom is also included, as well as LED strips under the bed.
The main source of heating is electric heating mats in individual rooms. Zone heating control is therefore a matter of course.
A Jablotron Futura heat recovery unit is installed in the house, which was fully integrated into the Loxone system. Loxone Touch Pure CO2 buttons were used to detect CO2 in the living rooms. The performance and individual modes of the heat recovery unit are then controlled by the Loxone system in connection with, for example, the humidity in the bathroom, the operation of the hood, heating in the fireplace, presence in the house or fire detection.
Control of the front window blinds was also integrated into the Loxone system. This ensures cooperation between shading and heating/cooling, with the blinds slats rotating according to the position of the sun and the temperature in the room.
The Loxone system also provides burglary protection. It also provides protection against flooding and fire detection. Last but not least, the MoistureGuard system is integrated for monitoring and evaluating moisture in the building structure, the control unit of which is fully replaced by the Loxone Miniserver.
