Family house 'Woodee'

The customer wanted a house that fulfilled all the requirements of modern living. This smart home project was implemented with numerous functions from Loxone. Everything from a single source offers many advantages and ensures perfect interaction between all trades. In cooperation with numerous partners, Loxone creates individual overall solutions that are perfectly tailored to the personal wishes and ideas of the customer.

Among other things, in the "Woodee" project the access control including video and intercom system and code button was implemented intelligently and fully automated. Lighting control and automatic shading depending on room temperature, brightness and position of the sun were also integrated. In addition to individual room control and ventilation control for the perfect feel-good climate, security functions such as an alarm system or water and fire control centre can also be found in the Smart Home.
