The aim of this project was to equip a modern detached house with an intelligent and user-friendly building automation system. The aim was to seamlessly network all central systems - including lighting, shading, heating and climate control as well as access systems. The focus was on maximum energy efficiency without neglecting intuitive operation for the residents.

By using the Loxone smart home system, a central control system was implemented that intelligently networks all systems in the house. Automated lighting scenes ensure maximum comfort and efficient energy use, while the intelligent shading control ensures a pleasant room climate depending on the position of the sun and room temperature. The climate and heating control system enables precise control for each individual room, saving energy and increasing living comfort. The system is complemented by an integrated security solution that combines access control and alarm functions. The multi-room audio system, which allows music to be controlled individually in each room, also ensures a perfect entertainment experience.
